SEB offers Master KAG for hedge funds.

SEB AG is the second bank in Germany that has received from the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) the licence for a "Master KAG" for single hedge funds. With the "Master KAG", the bank makes available to hedge fund managers the outline conditions for launching funds in accordance with German law.

The services offered comprise risk controlling, fund administration, fund accounting, fund pricing and fund reporting as well as tax reporting in conformity with German tax laws. In addition, SEB offers the custodian bank function and acts as prime broker.
