Since the beginning of 2012 SEB offers Master KAG services for hedge funds and UCITS funds through its cooperation partner Universal-Investment.

The service offered comprise risk controlling, fund administration, fund accounting, fund pricing and fund reporting as well as tax reporting in conformity with German tax laws. In addition, SEB offers the custodian bank function and acts as prime broker.

By choosing SEB, SEB Master KAG and Universal-Investment as service providers, hedge fund managers can save the time consuming task of establishing their own investment company (KAG) as well as the search for a suitable custodian bank and professional prime broker and concentrate on fund management.
